Undergraduate Admission Requirement

Students seeking admission to pursue the course for the degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.) should have passed the S.S.C. and H.S.C. (or GCE O-Level and A-level) examinations in Science Group or equivalent examinations with Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Mathematics scoring a cGPA of at least 3.0 in a scale of 5.0 without additional subjects. Candidates must have an aggregate GPA of 6.50 in SSC/O-Level or equivalent and HSC/A-Level or equivalent examinations in the total scale of 10.00. At all levels the students must have secured B grade (Credit point 3.00) in Chemistry and Biology separately and a minimum GPA of 2.0 in Mathematics.

Foreign students who have studied 12 education years and got same grades in equivalent examinations from recognized institutions will be eligible for admission.

Candidates seeking admission must have passed HSC/A-Level or equivalent examination in the current year or a year back. Students having not studied Mathematics at their HSC/A-level may be admitted on condition that they will take an additional non-contributing 3-credit course on Basic Mathematics with their Semester I courses.
